there really isnt a lot of one shots, like he does have patterns that can hit pretty hard but if you have a good sup whos good with DR timings you can keep everyone alive

its level bonus gives zero CP

just the increased leap points you can invest in leap tree raises your cp

and you have to actually invest them to get that CP
