no, main priority is for you to get lvl5 enlightment and lvl6 leap. that requires a little over 300 karma bottles. you get 80 from express, weve gotten 45 through the 2 gifts lately and each brel clear gets you another 20 + 20 firstclear. and MAYBE upcoming path event will have missions for brel for additional bottles
