u have to keep in mind wat ilvls u r at during this, +16 armor 20 AH is 1690, u need 10 ilvls to reach 1700, 21-30 is more expensive than 17+18,
so now ur +18 20 AH which is 1700 ilvl, if ur only doing 21-25 and 19 for 1710, u arent unlocking anything atm (until nm kaz) but the next raid breakpoint (strike raid) is 1700 nm and 1720 hm iirc, which means u need to do 21-30 anyways, and thats 10 ilvls aka u need to compare it was 19+20, and if thats the case, 31-40 is cheaper than that too, so then u'd be +18, 1-40 done which is 1720, ready to do strike raid hm, technically u could do +19 and 35 ah for 1720 but also ah 30 and 40 have bonus % stat gains which put them ahead of regular hones so its not the best to just leave them mid way (35) so yes, u r technically right if u wanna park 1710 for kaz if thats even the ilvl for nm kaz (idr), +19 and 25 AH but no main is parking 1710, if its an alt, understandable
