Hunger doesn't utilize keen sense pretty much at all (I mean, you can go OT2 KS1 if you really need that extra swift, but that's giga depresso situation), has 23% cr from chaos mode, can use master elixir set and can go high crit stat. Also, hunger builds cr to have bt capped on two skills with 20% cr tripods.
Lunar goes KS2 on top of strike, but only gets 10% cr from class engraving. On top of that, best you can count on is ~660 crit stat, cause you run max spec, always. And your best elixir set is critical. And you build cr to cap it on three skills that have 30% cr tripods.
