Yes advanced honing cost reduction and thye give you a lot of juice scrolls to do it, but the honing increase also is boosted up to +14, so really the pass helps you reach 1670 or even 1680 if you ah all the way, "helps" though is a lose term here cause you will sitll be hard gold and fusion bottlenecked
