if you need to know where to get runes or skill point potions, press alt+D and just enter the rune name or something like skill point potion into the search bar, this is just an example its a glossary of every item ingame and where to get it @vague flume

the runes you have equipped to your skills are the lowest tier, at 1600 you should have the ability to get most runes except for t4 ones
