Tag the cards in the card catalouge with the orange square and watch wandering merchants. Buy them and upgrade them over time. Star of Destiny you get for free and doesnt need upgrading. Deep Dive is the middle dps set and all cards are in wandering merchants. Light of Salvation is endgame set and most are in merchants

A powerpass is a story skip and nothing more really. It will give you gear relevant to the respective illvl so you can get started. The 1585 powerpass in 2 weeks will give akkan gear, basic accessories and a filler stone
