Efficiency wise. It's best to sit at 1680 for quite sometime right now. My go to has always been. I push 2 a support and DPS to above what's needed for hm. Than for the other 4 chasing around 30-40 ilvls behind(currently all 1680) so can farm stuff but not be rats. Without quiting game. I got a 1720 and 1712 this way with only ever buying season pass at best
