that hasnt been the case in years. chaos dungeons are once per days nowadays, guardians are once per day nowadays (and most sane ppl do it rested on top of that, so every 3rd day), boss rush and cube has been combined into one activity, and we are currently on the easiest raid rotation since like ever. for newbies theres a lot of solo raids that cut out the party finder. and the whole "need alts to keep up" was never true, it was just some degen narrative that everyone chewed up when the game released in the west
