Bard's & Artist has to make a choice and the choice is not often to heal.
If It was me I'd go for Recovery & MaxHP & WepPower On ear.
Don't forget your Shield also heal on trigger so you heal there too.
And Chip healing up Is not bad.

If you're thinking about swapping that, I'd rather go off Robust and go Linger or Purify (if any debuffs) sincee the shield is already so baseline strong letting it last longer will mitigate more then It overmitigating but fading away.

Also, those hits, Is what you have Law for, Shield is for general punches and kicks and when you take away 2 seconds on it the shield ends up fading more then breaking and that's a lot of lost value.

And you kinda want to spam general shield since It has the healing & move spd on top of it.
You don't want to hold shield for Robust timing when you have Law & Awak for that.

2sec lower shield might not sound like a lot, but It is quite a bit and the slower dps do like that extra movespd buff
