They get community outreach, physical in-person events and a direct communication line with Smilegate.

They can ignore the other aspects because their experience goes outside the game.
Not even touching the work/life balance issues in Korea right now that is plaguing most of Japan/China/Korea that is causing a long-term economic crisis.
