Glaivier as a class design should be smoothly flowing between forms, both doing damage, never stopping the attacking. What they have created is a sit behind the boss and land 3 big abilities, switch forms and do 2 blue skills and a buff, and then just sit there until your red comes back up because god forbid they make you be able to do damage in blue outside of 2 skills while waiting for red skills
