if i were working there, year ago at t4 release all support buffs and brands would become recast skills
you cast them, and when they end you recast it to deal dmg proportional to the damage dealt to boss by your team and at same time provide no dps boost to dps, so you dont affect their numbers at all
it would be 3-4 skills clasess 1-2 bill each, just skillshoting bossess
as for shields, to provide bigger shield bigger person feedback
all shields would become self shield/dr and you take dmg instead until shield runs out
so you can see huge damages absorption on yourself
