Long fights also makes you fatigue, It's one thing having a 5-10min raid vs 15-20min.

There's a reason why the overwhelming majority of people I know just straight up skipped G5-6 and did G1-4 runs, it was because it was long, easy to mess up, lots of ways to just get fucked from overlap and a small mistake could cost you the life and ultimatly wipe you from lack of damage.
