There’s a lot of side progression like transcendence and elixirs but you’re not locked behind party finder to access them. Solo raids are a thing that allow you to genuinely catch back up. Bound gold means you can get a decent amount to spend on these systems.

RPGs gonna RPG but the painfulness and extra stress points caused community stuff like gatekeeping isn’t as bad.
