So Entropy PS - ALWAYS been a crit heavy class, if u follow the meta build, you were doing like 5-10% dmg less then full crit if you did swift/crit (or 60/50) - PS never been a full swift class and if you were playing that way, your trolling yourself and ur team tbh

the proc can only go once per a cast, only mutli hit has chance for it to trigger but you can't proc mutli times unless it's a mutli-cast

there is literally nothing at 1670, but alot of stuff at 1680, but going from 1660>1680 is not cheap, if you didn't advance hone in t3 its basicly not doable unless you wanna send infinite gold at it, but if you do miraculously get to 1680, aegir hm gets you the armor twice as fast, but, even at 1680 they heavily gatekeep armor, your best bet is to stay at 1660 for a month
