8 Ignea Tokens
Rethramis, Yudia, West Luterra, Tortoyk, Anikka, and Shushire should be super easy to 100%, giving you six; only two more:
I highly recommend Arthetine - Sasha rapport also gives you the 12th giants' heart you need if you didn't go for Nineveh
After that, go North Vern if you have a lot of rapport gifts saved up (155.4k rapport), or Rohendel (77.7k) or Feiton (57.8k, but much worse food grind)
East Luterra (231.2k) requires too much rapport, and Punika (Bananas) and Yorn (Worms, Mushrooms, Feast) both have terribly long grinds for food
South Vern (Oysters), Rowen (Herrings), Elgacia (36k :ICANT:), and Voldis (liqueur, meat rolls, spirits) are about as bad as Punika, with Yorn being (IMO) by far the worst
