i tested abit, 2min test with spirit absorb 2 and max map 3, cursed doll vs aoa, cd about 105>110m, aoa about 95>105, feels really really close
but yea the empowered t with cd hits like a truck
same for homing barrage
but aoa empowers gravity and flamethrower for slightly faster rotation too
its not ALOT better
but its better enough i have to give this a try

the weird thing is relic aoa books dosn't increase the holding speed, it caps at 20% at legendary

no, its less on exclusive holding skills, way less, your not factoring in the 20% ias increase too on holding for faster rotations too, but it empowers homing barrage and makes your t skill hits like a truck, + 2 ults per raid, either way i gotta test it abit more, trix isn't enough for this

Since overall attack speed for Barrage has been reduced, All Out Attack is still a viable choice when it comes to QOL. But the downside of course is damage compared to Hit Master. It will come down to whether you want to chase the absolute damage ceiling (and potentially find other sources for attack speed whether that is food + wine/party synergies) or you will be willing to lose top damage for more ease of play.
