If you want the most economic option:

Wait for stash sale, buy first blood pack for $20 which gives 200 points + 1 normal stash tab

Then you can afford currency + map tab and I think 1-2 convert normal to premium tab

This will give you the most important specialized tabs, an extra tab for storage and allow you to sell items in the converted premium tabs.
