Basically its a resource container in the open world maps on First Descendant, you have to first grind out a "code breaker" key from basically every other piece of content and mobs and its a fairly low drop chance, then you have to go into all the varying maps within a zone while spamming tab, your Ecive, to get an audible ping for the direction of the Encrypted Vault. Stick spins around a circle, have to time it and right or left click when its inside a highlighted spot in the circle and you have about 10 seconds to do this, if you miss it deducts time from that duration. The highlighted spot gets smaller depending on the "tier" of the vault.
