Aiming is much different since you have to constantly track your target with your mouse, it's not simply pressing a key, but moving your mouse to align with your target. Easier said than done with fast paced shooters like overwatch

I think it comes down to perception. Since dodging is a apart of many games, picking up the timing is the only difference. Which can be figured out in no time at all. I perceive something as skill based if it requires me to put in a lot of hours to complete it.
