If you want to check, I would recommend going back to server selection, entering a server on a region which you do not play on/have never played on, and check your mail.

If its still not there, then your account just did not get it for some reason, either some ineligibility or just needing to have an account created in the lost ark database at the time the passes were distributed to receive one, I’m not sure which.

I have no idea how they deal with those types of requests, I personally would hope that they do send out the power-pass to new players who didn’t have an account at the time they were distributed, but who knows. Also, if the reason why your account isn’t getting it is the trusted status, then you need to spend at least $5 on steam and the account has to be at least a couple months old, otherwise you have to spend some money on the in-game Lost Ark shop and then wait like 3d or so

They did announce Jumpstart 2.0, but asking someone who may not be very interest-invested in the game at the moment (already took a break from the game, hasn’t gotten back into it yet), to wait potentially months to be able to start playing again, that’s a lot to ask imo
