I guess cost to rebuild depends on your idea of rebuilding, seems like all the new accessories etc. are just random +damage modifiers so you can play with less straight away once you fill your ark passive, and gems are just 9x old gems to start with to get back to the same level

in terms of engravings it seems like full legendary books and a stone already gets you pretty much to where you are now

plus they have changed some of the rewards in the past before
and for the people waiting for echidna honing with t4 mats instead of t3 mats, there is no way your getting 5x value with t4 mats vs t3, youd prob get like 2x or maybe 3x value
i think the hit rate with t3 mats right now is 80/15/5? you might have the exact same hit rate with t4 mats, but you gain more gayge per hit using t4 mats or something
