After I watched the video posted earlier with Roxx and she said July and August would be "lighter" I genuinely theorized that meant, or at least the best course of action from that, would be using July and August as a catchup period to provide perma Engraving Support, QoL updates and content nerfs as well as the addition of Solo Raids, along with possibly the new Express event so that they can get people caught up to near T4 transition ilvls which could come in September or even October at the latest.
