If you want knowledge transfer then it'll be through dedicated teachers/commanders who go out of their way to help. Placing a moral imperative on normal players calling them "toxic" for not wanting to play with worse players does more harm than good.

->North Kurzan new continent story, new chaos dungeon integrated with story continent
->New raid: 2 gates: resurrected Akkan (again) + Aegir (new boss), comes out end of july
->Raid after that: Brel (again lol) + Narok (new boss), comes out September
->Solo mode: up to Ivory Tower (normal, so no leg. elixirs), rewards: mats same (or more), lower gold reward, counts towards 3 gold earning raids limit
->Solo mode for back attackers - you choose a buff at the start of dungeon that will help your spec, for example all attacks are omnipositional
->3rd awakening - promised to come out august
->SEASON 3 / TIER 4 announced - "no hard reset"(not really), level 70 max char level, 400 max roster level, more skill points
->New shards, gems, accesories for T4, 1620 characters will become 1640
->Elixir and transc - carry over to T4 (lol)
->Armor / weapon quality cap increased to 120, now with pity system
->Esther weapon +9, +10
->New engraving system similar to express engravings - seems like 6x3 from only "books", 4 max levels on 1 engraving (relic books announced), what you have on stone adds to the "book" engraving (so grudge stone adds extra dmg to grudge "book")
-> New random upgrades on all accessories, similar to bracelet, can trade it after rolling (so all accessories become a bracelet at the same time)
->Lv 10 T3 gems becomes lv 8 in T4, supports will now use dmg gems, T4 gems will have extra effect on top of static increase (even more incentive for supports, for example +8% shield on Artist's Hopper)
->Added a parry skill for all classes (just like spacebar), starts on new Akkan bosses and forward (july)
->Working on entropy (???), working on underused engravings
->Cards - LOS 24 as middlepoint between 18 and 30; more 15% dmg card sets for every element (similar to KLC)
->Guild, stronghold, life skills, PVP, party finder QOL and improvements
->Relic pets with new effects
->Elixir, Transc., honing buffs (reduced costs, no other details)
->All raids below Ivory Tower gold reward nerfed
->Ivory Tower G3 removed
->New coomer skins
