Game has been built with new content to be impossible to immediately burn past because of KR swiping & "Biggest number must be me" mindset.
MMOs overall try to do this. Many make it RNG based, make it that you have to farm a boss, complete a long intricate quest/story grind or spread the reward structure across multiple existing systems. Lost Ark went for massive goldsink + RNG + challenging raid requirements.

The problem is they haven't made changes to content when it stops being the "endgame" so instead of burning content slowly over time with a new challenge appearing, Global has had 3-4 endgames dumped on us at once without the proper time to process it.
Smilegate are finally addressing the "maintenance debt" they accumulated during their push for CN/Mobile release which has a bunch of people (KR AND Global) coping for the upcoming LOA where they plan to announce changes. Exhausting that we're in this spot to begin with tho.

How? 99% of lobbies are clear. If you are progging a raid with new players you will be in there for hours, possibly days. And finding like-minded players who want to prog old content, is difficult.

If you are farming a specific 3 cost echo and you get the echo - you then kill x3 random 3 cost echos - go back to the echo you want to farm and kill it, you will 100% get it.
