Red telegraphs spawn - it spawns red hands. It's delayed so it can catch people off guard. Getting hit by 5 hands kills you. You can para-immune the hands to prevent being grabbed & knocked off the map.
Failing the stagger check causes the map to be broken and no gain of sidereal meter.
It can kill you if you do not get to the center
