Bracelets have different setups and goals for each class. Each bonus has a different level of bonus.
+120/+100 are as easily defined as +35 and +40.

You don't have to know if another player will be good by what elixirs they have, as you can see if they have the set bonus.
Bracelets you don't get that clear definition that the person understands that class unless you know that class yourself.
