For a super niche Korean MMO that makes your hard earned mats explode to your face and vanish into thin air after pitying your weapon upgrade, Lost Ark is very healthy in the West.

The game scoring a spot in the top 10 revenue for Steam says it all.

Also, look at Japan: it took 4 years to terminate service even though the game did not have traction since release in that region.

Taking a look at concurrent players, I know we have some bots right now but hitting 35k-40k of legit concurrent players on a big update release is very realistic.

Anyways, just a non-doomer take out here. This MMO has one of the best combat, overall gameplay and raid design in the market.

Lost Ark has a great future in our region (until the Riot MMO releases, but that's probably in 2028).
