i would recommend this, try finding a new player friendly guild, that does teaching runs and weekly raids

work on your horizontal

get your skill point potions

Not really any learning "guilds" you just have to find learning groups

Those Discords are populated and there are many helpful players on them that will specifically run learning groups to teach players the raids.

You can try to find a guild willing to teach you, but good luck.
