Yes, the span on established player can range from someone with a 1580 day one main and a bunch of 1540s to just a 1540, to 6 day one 1580s plus w/e bounds they built up prior to akkan release. This conversation is downplay what having 6 1580s at the start of new raid mats have over just saying you don't need alts or alts don't do shit. A new player is never gonna be able to make up the time difference and their is a vast difference of luck and time between established players and how they used that time
