The game is already a lobby sim - and you are strapped for time due to how many raids you have to do.

Ive never played WoW so I cant speak to how its used there. Generally from my WoW friends its normal and not toxic.
To me itsless that people are gonna gatekeep at the lobby to filter players and more-so itll be 1 wipe, look at your lowest parse and dumb them to pick up another pug.
There are good and valid arguments for both sides, but as long as half the arguments are negative It feels like the safe option for devs to not implement (or allow) it.
Right now we can point at a class like Reflux Sorc and go "lol zdps" but with logs with wil 100% fctually know whats the lowest, and that class will never finda group.
