So here's what you could do if you wanted to try brel earlier (if accepted to a party) - you could get 2-3 pieces of your relic set and then go brel 1-2, get the 60 from first complete +1-2 and then raise two of those relic pieces to 1510 through the transfer

Or jsut follow the guide icy linked

new powerpasses gives relic out of the gate so u cant really skip it unless u using story gear. as far as i know they only removed the gear req for brel normal upper relic and sends you straight to anciant brel. didnt know anything about skipping base relic

Bc you need to hone your ancient gear to 1510 instead of transferring relic to ancient

If you skip relic you cannot gear trasfer, which means you'll have to hone a base crafted ancient which starts lower than 1490 but requires the same amoutn of resources to get back to 1490-

An easier set to get dmg boost from than light of salvation is the "deep dive" set, if you have enough cards & card xp to awaken dmg boost card milestones for that set id advise it, otherwise just keep working towards "lostwind cliff" for the crit bonus, light of salvation for the holy conversion, and or deepdive for the early dmg boost (in terms of card rarity) @fresh flint
