Its factual. Lost ark groups are completely at the behest of supports (absurdly underplayed). And raiding ratio is massively skewed. quarter of the raid are supports. Supports have complete control of the group and will cherry pick the group (who whales the hardest). Supports are far less willing to play with anyone who either: hasnt gotten title, or isnt absurdly overgeared, due to the fact that they can just choose the best group at will. Healers/tanks in wow dont do this (at any similar degree)

Different kind of MMORPG, though, to be fair. It is a game that hits you pretty hard in the face with "NARRATIVE DRIVEN" more so than "GEAR TREADMILL DRIVEN"
