the problem is that people want supports to have everything in their kit (stagger, global buffs, cleanse, counter) for example they complain about bard not having cleanse and having to switch abilities to "do it all", but yet they want diversity and fun gameplay. its kinda hard to balance around so much utility in 1 skill kit. making a support class that specializes in one area over some other will probably just promote gatekeeping of that particular class in specific raids considering u only need 1 support per 3 dps. u cant accept another support to make up for utility like u can a dps
