FYI to anyone who lost a boss ticket/rentry, support told me this: It seems that this is actually an emerging issue and have been escalated to the dev team. Unfortunately, we cannot re grants lost entry tickets or items to the players as we do not have the tools to do so. However, no worries, this have been brought to the dev team's attention, we can only wait for an update regarding on whether or not there will be a compensation as well. The system update for the regrant of entry tickets is also already active and should re grant you the ticket within 24-48 hours
