If you’re okay with a five to six month wait for a balance patch, then I’m sorry, but that’s crazy. RU has fewer players than us, yet they always get patch notes six days in advance, not twelve hours before, and they consistently receive updates faster than we do. Amazon is just lazy. By the time we finally get these two balance patches, Korea will already have one or two more. We’re always behind, thanks to their laziness and incompetence.

My friend, I am used to 5 to 6 month waits on balance patches. I've played GW2 for 13 years. ANet is notorious for letting balance sit for 6+ months at a time with no alterations and then a balance patch dropping and the ripple effect being no more substantial than dropping a grain of sand into a lake.
That being said, I completely understand the frustration. Being two balance patches behind is rough when we are also just always going to be behind when it comes to any content updates. As far as I can remember as well this is one of the very few times, if not maybe one of only two times if I am recalling correctly, where we have been that behind with balance patches.

It’s the same story every single time: every other region gets balance patches much faster than we do, so that alone explains the frustration.
When there’s a bad idea or a bad patch that hurts the game or makes things worse for the player base, Amazon somehow manages to push it out for us in the same week. But when it comes to balance patches? Suddenly it’s a 1–3 month delay.
And now we’ve hit a new record , almost five months of waiting, and possibly 6-8 if they come up with more excuses in February.

Circumstances being different, at the same time though it isn't like balance is in such an awful state with classes overall on Lost Ark (excluding whatever mental gymnastics are going on with gatekeeping). Oh they have been banning people for less on their Discord for a long time. That isn't anything new and I don't agree with that. As I said, they are not perfect by any means and they still have a lot to work on when it comes to their communication and handling of various aspects of handling this game.
Being frustrated with it all is completely valid and I wouldn't try to take that away. I'm just saying that they seem to clearly not prioritize balance patches getting to us ASAP and put more importance on QoL and content updates because we do see those sooner rather than later any time they are implemented on the KR side of things.
