Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

Not sure what you mean. You have to turn RC into gold first before being able to buy BC. Unless you bought a BC bundle, which will appear in your Product Inventory when buying stuff from the cash shop

That isn't how that works. You do not manually turn your Royal Crystal into Blue Crystal to then sell it off to other players, you list the Royal Crystal on the exchange itself and that just gets converted into Blue Crystal in the transaction.
