100% is theoretically possible. At least on paladin. The most important part of buffing for uptime in that entire fight, is during Phase 1 when you are dodging the lightning. And during 425. 0 downtime, constant rotation of attack buffs. Everything past that is pretty simple.

Yeah it takes some time to get used too. I used to have a full DPS roster before i transitioned to a full paladin roster.
Meter helped out a lot in terms of what I was lacking.
For a while, I didn't even know my gods decree had way too high of a CPM compared to other paladins with a higher parse.

Aside from just the gear that you enhance, there is something called Skill Gems and Skill Runes that contributes a lot to how you perform

It doesn’t hurt to learn your character again and figure out the new systems like ark passive.
