Stop spreading false information about alt accounts, alt accounts have nothing to do with whether an account has trusted or not, if it were the case the same support page about account restrictions and trusted status would say so, AGS would have put out a statement if it were the case too. Roxx wouldn't be saying they are investigating the issue of people losing trusted if the issue was simply don't have alt accounts, she would say don't make alts and you'll get trusted if it was simple as that.

I myself have alt account that I didnt log into over a year until ignite server, when I logged in it was trusted and has been since, same for my main. I been sending stuff and gold from alt to main all the time too and never became untrusted. The influx of tier 4 bots due to ignite server is the most likely reason people's accounts are getting flagged to make sure they aren't a bot but until Roxx and AGS gives an update, we don't know for sure what the true reason is.

They haven't said anything about don't have alt accounts and you'll eventually get trusted, that is false information. I am telling you what they have officially said

Hopefully by the time December patch comes we get an update/fix
