this game reminds me alot of TERA (i believe they both use UE3), even the looting system, but i'd say this game has a better utilization of character management and alot more micromanagement than most MMOs i've played to really get the most out of each character you want to invest in - but i will say that I'd feel way more overwhelmed after taking a 1 year break had they not added the quality of life changes that they did lol

i'll agree that combat feels outdated but i think that's part of the charm though, and to me the co-op aspects of this game are alot better than TERA's were
