Here is a video of a guy with the same class as me doing 10-15x more damage than me on heavy attacks with destroyer( I know he's 50 item lvls ahead of me but a 10-15x increase seems crazy), he does a full swing attack and wipes out x9 hp lines on brel yet im lucky to clear 3/4 of a single hp line with the same attack

You need to have trusted status to obtain the powerpass, if you are a new player / using a new steam account, chances are you don't have it.

But it says I have steam trusted and it's green

Amazon changed how trusted status is obtained, the old way is "You need steam trusted / non limited and enabling 2fa on steam guard app", it's now an in-house system not reliant on steam. All the info they have given us on how to get it is "Play the game and you get it eventually".
