Cause a lot of their DMG is either gated by cd like wind whisper or on a few skills.

Good example is like blue gl. Shout cd and 2 DMG gems make a huge diff cause half your DMG is on 2 skills

For wd it's probably ww and azure/blast

For me it's all bout the smoother rotation and more DMG is fun
