well badly connected cables to the GPU pins, cables being at angle of 90 degrees... mostly that kind of stuff

especially if it's a High-End GPU , it consumes a lot of power during 80-100% load... so if cables are connected the wrong way, or have an angle or for some reason are folded that can result in many bad things...
