So how it goes is
He charges up, and you get a debuff.
The debuff changes colour from orange to red(?) and you'll have to cleanse the debuff, else you will do zero stagger to his bar.

It's basically unclearable if you don't do the cleanse properly

so i have a question... how is a "new" player supposed to ever join a behemoth lobby? the content is 1620+ (basically 1640) and on wednesday 4pm, not a single lobby on europe central for the past hour has NOT been 60/80

Today is reset day, so lots of people are running their mains or higher alts through raids. But also, endgame raids are very gate kept which is why most suggest finding a guild or a group to run with.

yeah so that's... not really a solution to the problem itself however, it's more of a workaround for those that are more experienced or that have groups to play with

i'm not asking for myself btw, it's a general question about the state of the game

if new players aren't even allowed to join lobbies, not because of "the game" but becaues of the community, then there might be a problem to solve

i get that, but isn't part of the "mmo game genre" the aspect of interacting with players and trying to (as a team?) clear raids? obviously it's easier and faster if everyone knows exactly what to do in every situation and never makes a single mistake, but the amount of toxicity i've seen out of this exact scenario not happening (and it's just unrealistic to never have any issues) feels way too much; i remember also seeing people spend 10 minutes in lobby search declining players for 1640 guardian raid when the average clear time is 2 minutes max... "why tho" (yes you can clear solo or in matchmaking, it's just an example of extreme situations)

but im not saying it's only on the community, not at all, i study psychology lol and ive been saying for years at this point that "if someone does/thinks something, even if it makes no sense, there is a reason behind it that makes sense for them (that even themselves might be unaware of)"

so it's for sure on the devs to have created the conditions for these situations to happen... the game takes "too much time"? yep, designed with that purpose; wipe mechs if someone fails? yep, designed to turn players against each other; various layers of hidden gambling behind microtransactions (of both real and digital/fake money)? yep, designed to hide the costs and trick the "consumer"... etc etc etc

Phase 1, prokel spawns a lot sooner than in NM
X335 stagger has set up before stagger instead of just finding prokel

Extra hide and seek pattern
X145 has extra scythes to dodge
Phase 3, brel has an extra move (triple dash into counter)
Extra guard mech: guard -> dodge brel's wave slash -> failure to dodge and you have to do a spacebar qte

the first one is hp feast, the second one is defense feast

Just don't tank the lines? they are always the same distance, if you walk forward without stopping then you deserve the death, just go slowly and watch the actual black line appear, which is the hit from the red lines, then move slowly like always

Well Splendid Sacred Bombs are pretty cheap to craft compared to other splendid items in the game I believe. And greeding x900 or not will not be the deciding factor in a NM or HM clear. If it is, there is a bigger problem lol.

900 has 4-5 solves I’ve seen people do

1. gunlancer
2. cycle sacred for 8 seconds then dodge
3. spacebar in support awaken then ffa
4. each party does manual dodges and goes in after third wave of puddles
5. some bozo got cced by opener and nobody cleansed him so its ffa for everyone

• flames and certain patterns now give a debuff that does lethal damage after 10 seconds, need purify or sup dr
• wall break now has a fake cone
• black hole mech after breaking walls
• you need to stagger after the second cutscene in the raid, theres one shot rocks that fly past that needs ts, hyper, or sup hyper to live through (you should just walk out tho)
• need to aim two cones two the top during donut stagger

how it works is that kazeros is aggro'd to 1 person, but everyone in the line has to successfully guard, else it will spawn the fire trail.

so the trick is for everyone in that line to guard the first time, then split up abit to see who it's aggro'd to and then let the guy solo guard

Hard was way more punishing with all the wipes but the fight felt clankyish compared to extreme mode
