I agree in the sentiment of paying people for their work but not everyone is in a position to get a job/take out a LOAN to fund a small game idea that might not make any money haha, plus it feels kind of weird to target this thread specifically with that message considering that 95% of the posts in this server are revshare/unpaid :P

job market is fucked or disability or home situation that wont allow them to take a job or, yes, many times theres also just children here or theyre students and dont have the time/energy to be able to get a job too
im sure theres more reasons but thats just off the top of my head
