A versatile 2D generalist with a strong grasp of horror aesthetics and retro styling, ready to craft atmospheric visuals for an indie game.

📌 About Us:
We’re a small indie studio making unique PC games. Our current project is an atmospheric narrative horror in analogue horror style, blending Papers Please-inspired mechanics with unsettling visuals. The entire game plays like a 90s computer application.

Visual Direction:

Minimalist analogue horror style

Retro CRT/VHS with glitch effects

Photorealistic yet stylized elements

Dark, detail-focused atmosphere

📌 Tasks:

Define and maintain a unified visual style

Source and select suitable visual assets

Process portraits and apply CRT stylization

Create UI elements and illustrations (concepts, static scenes, ASCII art)

Produce marketing materials (screenshots, Steam banners)

📌 Essential:

Portfolio with relevant themes

Ability to work with generative AI

Versatility across 2D art (UI, illustration, photo processing)

Photoshop (or equivalent) skills

Strong sense of composition, color, and atmosphere

Experience creating game UI

Independence in solving diverse visual tasks

Passion for indie games

📌 Nice to Have:

Familiarity with analogue horror and retro styling

Glitch effect creation or basic technical art skills

Small-team experience and flexibility to handle varied tasks
