okay, so first of all. there are no screenshots at all here. How am I supposed to know what kind of lowpoly is this about and what kind of maps you need?
Then, you don't have a link to it. Not even on your profile.
Sidenote: Your portfolio is an empty page, except when you attempt to close it because you think there is nothing on it. Then I see you had a hidden menu on top.
You made me search for the title but I typed capsulestrike.io and the browser instead of doing a google search it tries to go there as a website. So you make it a little hard. But fine because I guess it's on itch.io.
There i find your game.
No screenshots just and index.exe...
You want players to download your game just to see what it is???
If you don't provide screenshots, I won't download anything.
Even with 0 marketing, screenshots can make people get interested in stuff. It's common sense. The more the better. You must really hate your game if you try to hide it.
That's what I meant by self-sabotaging.

you also request screenshots of oher projects from other people, so don't know what's up...

I can't believe no-one on your team raised the same concerns ever.

I've been seeing you post some pics of your game in art channel which is good but I wanted to address this specific post since you are looking for help and I wanted to help with visibility.

While maybe not worded in the most productive way, I do agree with uzu. This is a posting for a professional position, where money will be exchanged for services. People expect more effort in the posting than two sentences.

Think about everything you'd want to know before signing on to work on somebody else's game - what is this game about? what kind of art do they need? what can I expect out of working for this person? etc. These are all questions that aren't even being addressed by this posting, and it's a huge red flag for a lot of potential workers.

The amount of effort you put into the posting also reflects your work ethic overall, and can be an indicator of the work you'll put into the game. If you didn't put any effort into the posting, where you're trying to attract people to come work on the game, it's assumed that you won't be putting much effort into the game itself, and people don't want to work for somebody that won't put in that effort.

What I'm trying to say is, put as much effort into the job posting as you've put into the game, and you'll bring in a LOT more eyeballs.
