its a great learning project but i dont think its anywhere, and i mean ANYWHERE near ready for the public yet.

Things are too far apart - even if that's so you have space to add more in future, the base things you start with should be close to each other. Walking between stations is not gameplay.
The employees immediately trivialised the game and also gave me no chance to learn the systems. I had no idea how patients were being cured, never got to the point of figuring that out because the game had absolutely no indication of what was needed and how to use it, but the employees did the job instantly with no thought required. The employees should definitely be kept for much later if the game expands, and ideally they would never fully replace the player. If hiring employees means the player doesn't need to do anything, then hiring employees basically ends the game, because the only thing left to do is watch them work (and occasionally buy resources).
