  1. Jumping feels weird and kind of unneccesary, 2) text is too small, 3) objective is pretty unclear, you should add a quick tutorial screen at the very beginning, just something like a ui panel to explain the gameplay loop, 4) models aren't the best but i'm sure you're working on that, 5) you can just... walk off... and fall for all eternity, 6) seriously, make the text bigger, its impossible to read and understand what its saying, i honestly thought it was arabic at first, 7) i have no idea what to do or what i even am doing, 8) this doesnt really matter but the itch background is ai. like cmon man

Things are too far apart - even if that's so you have space to add more in future, the base things you start with should be close to each other. Walking between stations is not gameplay.

The employees immediately trivialised the game and also gave me no chance to learn the systems. I had no idea how patients were being cured, never got to the point of figuring that out because the game had absolutely no indication of what was needed and how to use it, but the employees did the job instantly with no thought required. The employees should definitely be kept for much later if the game expands, and ideally they would never fully replace the player. If hiring employees means the player doesn't need to do anything, then hiring employees basically ends the game, because the only thing left to do is watch them work (and occasionally buy resources).
