how can i sell crappy art when my portfolio work is good (in your words)
not really your words but your logic

because it's ai generated
you're selling stolen art?

@hard moss Using AI is not a criminal offense nor decidedly a scam unless you make a piece for someone and don't disclose it, which we do not know if babybloo did. It's fine to warn mods in private, but don't attack people in public please.
@weak matrix If you will keep AI anywhere in your portfolio, then definitely write in large bold letters that you do use AI so your potential clients know what they're paying for. if you use AI anywhere and say you're an artist, do not be surprised if people drag you out.
If you don't, then I would recommend using exactly 0 anything AI, at all, in your PFP or anywhere in your drawings (some do look decidedly AI), or even never ever retweeting anything AI related. Most genuine artists hate AI, so even just liking AI at all throws a lot of doubt on your skills. You're free not to, but for sure, it throws a lot of doubt on your credibility and it smells really, really bad.
ok
gotcha. I wasn't sure about the rules, sorry!
I just wanted to warn people that this may be what they're buying
Yea that's fair but also like, don't be aggressive about it. In the end babybloo or anyone are free to use whatever they want, there's no clause in any law or any legislation that says using AI is forbidden or anything. I hate it, you hate it, most people hate it, but that's a personal preference
